Welcome to GhostWrite Pro. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and all services provided by GhostWrite Pro.

By using our website, requesting a quote, making a payment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About GhostWrite Pro

 

GhostWrite Pro provides professional writing and editorial services, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-Publishing Support

  • Website Content

  • Translation

  • Transcription

2. Quotes & Pricing

 

Every project is unique. All quotations are based on:

  • Scope of work

  • Word count

  • Timeline

  • Research requirements

  • Complexity

  • Revision requirements

 

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Project Confirmation

 

A project officially begins only after:

  • Scope of work has been agreed upon.

  • Contract (if applicable) has been signed.

  • Initial payment has been received.

 

GhostWrite Pro reserves the right to decline any project.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A 50% advance payment is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.

 

For milestone-based projects, payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may delay project delivery.

 

5. Revisions

 

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the selected package or proposal.

Revisions include:

  • Clarifications

  • Minor adjustments

  • Corrections

  • Improvements within the agreed scope

 

Revisions do not include:

  • New chapters

  • Significant rewrites

  • New research

  • Changes in project direction

  • Additional deliverables not originally agreed upon

 

Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Supply required reference materials where applicable

  • Review submitted work within the agreed timeframe

  • Consolidate revision requests whenever possible

  • Respond promptly to project communications

 

Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.

 

7. Delivery Timelines

 

Estimated timelines are provided before work begins.

 

Delivery dates may change due to:

  • Delayed client responses

  • Scope changes

  • Additional revisions

  • Unforeseen circumstances

 

GhostWrite Pro will communicate any significant timeline changes.

 

8. Confidentiality

 

Client confidentiality is one of our highest priorities. All manuscripts, ideas, drafts, research, and supporting materials remain confidential.

 

GhostWrite Pro will never:

  • Share your manuscript publicly

  • Claim authorship

  • Sell your content

  • Use your work for marketing

unless written permission has been provided.

 

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

Upon final payment:

  • The client owns the completed work produced specifically for their project.

  • GhostWrite Pro retains no ownership rights to the completed manuscript unless otherwise agreed.

 

GhostWrite Pro retains ownership of:

  • Internal templates

  • Workflows

  • Editing methodologies

  • Educational resources

  • Website content

  • Marketing materials

 

10. AI-Assisted Services

 

Where AI-assisted services are selected, GhostWrite Pro uses AI responsibly as part of the drafting or research process. Every AI-assisted project undergoes professional human review, editing, refinement, and quality assurance before delivery. Fully human-written packages are also available.

11. Publishing Support

 

GhostWrite Pro provides pre-publishing assistance, including formatting, layout preparation, and upload-ready file preparation. Unless explicitly agreed, GhostWrite Pro does not guarantee:

  • Publishing approval

  • Amazon KDP acceptance

  • Book sales

  • Bestseller status

  • Marketing results

 

Publishing decisions remain the responsibility of the chosen publishing platform or publisher.

 

12. SEO & Content Services

 

For SEO writing services, GhostWrite Pro follows current content best practices. However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific Google rankings

  • Search engine placement

  • Traffic increases

  • Lead generation results

 

SEO performance depends on many factors outside our control.

 

13. Translation & Transcription

 

Translation and transcription services are completed to the highest professional standard. Clients are responsible for reviewing translated content before publication where legal or industry-specific terminology is involved.

 

14. Cancellations

 

If a project is cancelled after work has begun:

  • Payments already made are generally non-refundable.

  • The client will receive work completed up to the cancellation date where applicable.

 

15. Refund Policy

 

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. If GhostWrite Pro is unable to deliver the agreed service, an appropriate resolution will be discussed.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

 

GhostWrite Pro shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Publishing decisions

  • Lost profits

  • Marketing outcomes

  • Third-party platform actions

  • Delays caused by client inactivity

 

Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.

 

17. Website Use

 

Users agree not to:

  • Copy website content without permission

  • Misrepresent GhostWrite Pro services

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems

  • Use website content for unlawful purposes

 

18. Changes to These Terms

 

GhostWrite Pro may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
